You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at info@nspektr.com and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is initiated for a product that has already been delivered or accessed, the Company may suspend access to the Service and related products until the dispute is resolved.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been delivered. Any exceptions will be granted solely at the Company’s discretion and must be confirmed in writing.
