ABOUT THE ROLE
Observe. Document. Report.
Field Property Inspectors collect exterior property data for lenders, insurers, investors, and property service companies. This role requires reliable, independent workers who can travel to assigned residential locations and provide objective property insight.
COMPENSATION
• Exterior inspections — $6 per inspection
• Interior inspections — $20 per inspection
Earnings vary based on inspection volume, route efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
